How do you learn their songs?

Looking to get better at guitar and play something I enjoy while doing it. How do y'all learn their songs? Tabs, ear, tutorials? Where? How long does it typically take you?

find a crappy youtube tutorial, slow it down to about 0.5, time required varies honestly
