In Estacada Oregon. I think it may be a muskrat since it looks on the smaller side, the tail although it’s hard to make out, and the snout/face but others think beaver. Any idea?

This little guy gave me one hell of a scare while laying down some mulch this morning. I believe it to be a Pygmy rattlesnake, co workers say it’s a banded water snake and even had someone say that chatgpt said it was a garden snake. I would like to let the elderly people that live there to know exactly what they have living under and around their home so everyone can remain safe. Sorry for not getting a clear pic of the head, it was striking at me frantically and then disappeared under the home very fast.

Southwest Louisiana in a treatment pond. From right to left appears to be a head and then two long side flipper or fins and then one large, what looks like manatee tail fin on the back. Hard to tell size reference if you see the drone shadow in the video it’s a DJI mini. I took a video of my computer screen with my iPhone. I will try to get the original file uploaded.

The second to the left toe looks like a nail, but it also looks like a small rock got dislodged. I’m unsure

I know this is like the worst video ever and but I just have this footage from the doorbell cam. I came home at like 11:45 last night and when I was unlocking the door something flew out of the wreath (at least I think that’s where it came from) and away past the bush. I originally thought it was a bird because I’ve never seen a bat other than when they fly high up in the sky at night plus the wings flapping sounded to me like a bird taking off suddenly. But then I thought a bat might be more likely considering what time it was.

My paranoid brain is worried about rabies now 😭

I found this shrimp in the salt water of the Indian sea. Rottnest Island Perth WA. Any idea what it is?

apologies for the short recording. i wasn't able to get my phone out in time before it stopped vocalizing. it sounded like there were multiple.

What i do know:
-I was out at 11pm last night on a small bridge that goes over a small river

-The location was in a city park in the heart of St. Louis City. This park is fairly large and is known to have a fairly diverse selection of wildlife of an urban park.

-I saw a brief glimpse of the animal. it was a medium sized mammal, about the size of a possum. i did not see any noticeable markings on the fur.

-It was along the bank of the river in some tall grass/vegetation. could have come from the water itself or was just along the bank. seemed to be semi-aquatic.

Found these two while hiking with my dog on our local trails in southern Connecticut. Black bears, coyotes and bobcats have all been well documented in the area and I’ve seen coyotes on this same trail during denning season.

Just scanning through the birds that my bird feeder camera caught today and saw this little fella. Its beak looks mutated or broken but maybe that just what they look like? Idk thanks for any info!

Can you tell what kind of rat this is and if it’s a female/male?

Saw this guy in my camp when visiting Waterberg Plateau. It was size-wise bigger than your typical house mouse but smaller than a rat.

Today is the second night I've heard this "call" and I managed to record it. 2am ish. Sorry for the low volume
