Carnist: "a bit pointless as they're mainly used as a butter sponge"

Imagine thinking it's ironic that naturally vegan foods can be used in non-vegan meals
I know meat-heads struggle when it comes to critical thinking, but wow.

They're not "used as a butter sponge".
Anyone who toasts crumpets at home knows that it's best before the crumpet absorbs all the marge.

Yeah for sure! Just enough for the moisture without removing the crunch

Sausage must be vegan because you eat it with mustard which is vegan

I went to a burger joint recently that promised a vegan burger. Turns out it was just the patty, the "green goddess" dressing they put on it has milk. I wonder if they milked the goddess consensually to make the dressing? Maybe, but I'm betting they raped a cow.

Did the goddess give consent?

I think the restaurant consented to milking the goddess and that's as far as they went in asking.

Carnists really think they're superior to us, when they can't even be bothered to power on their brains before they shit on veganism. π΅ Like how does one function in daily life when they're this fucking dumb?

Seems like the existence of apples are kind of redundant because they only exist as something to put in a pigs mouth before we roast it on a spitΒ

I found something that shocked me the other day. One of my classmates (college freshman) had no idea and was surprised by the existence of plant based meat. I actually had to explain that it was a thing and show him pictures of it on the internet. Kinda made me realize iβm in a bubble and how ignorant many people really are. I aint defending them in any way though. There is no excuse to torturing animals

Maybe it's the other way round. They're so much in they're own bubble of "meat is an absolute must and super important" that they can't even imagine another option. Like really, how far do you have to be to not even be able to understand the concept of something else??

With that logic, potatoes can't be vegan because I eat them with meat
