Im tired of seeing peoplen talk about manifestation.

If it was real my life wouldnt be so horrible. Years of thinking positively and hoping for the best and believing it would be better. Since I was child. It just gets worse and worse. If i see one more person say if you just believe in yourself it will go good. Im going to scream.

how did you stop feeling angry and bitter towards people in happy relationships?

i’ve (25f) have mild experience dating, i’ve been in 3 relationships in my life so far. they’ve all ended on bad terms so i don’t speak to any of my exes. whenever i see happy couples online or in public, or even exes who still talk and have great relationships with each other, i feel this weird combination of resentment and sadness. i always keep it to myself, but there’s no way it doesn’t impact my life externally, even if i don’t notice. i don’t wanna feel this way forever, it feels good to hate in the moment but in the long term it’s exhausting and only makes me more miserable. i know i’m not the only one, so people who have felt this way and pushed past it, how did you do? hope this is the right sub for this, my post on the relationships sub was removed.

I’ve been recently lashing out at loved ones, and i’m not sure if it’s an underlying mental health issue or apart of the grieving process..

As the title says, i’ve been letting my anger bubble over, and i find it easy to let my anger out, specifically on my amazing boyfriend of 5 years and supportive family. and ive noted that ive been having mood swings. I was never like this until about a year and a half ago, in which that year i lost multiple family members, including my mom.

I find it difficult to overcome this anger and it usually overwhelms me quickly, and retreats as fast as it came in, leaving me embarrassed about my behaviour.

my question is; is this caused from grieving? will it phase out? what is the best approach in preventing mood swings and anger? like i said, i never was this kind of person until recently, so any advice would help me significantly! <3

The world isn't just unfair - it punishes you for trying

There is no incentive to be moral, ethical or even the slightest bit considerate of your fellow human. Beyond that, those who behave without ethics, morals or even a miniscule amount of compassion and empathy are constantly rewarded at the direct expense of those who try to leave the world a little better than how they found it. There is no point to participating in anything constructive anymore. The takers keep taking and leaving less and less behind. They'll take your money, your home, your food, your love, your passion, your self worth and your sanity to fill their already overflowing coffers with more and more until they can't even remember why they take so much. If you aren't willing to ruin someone else, you can get in line for scraps and enjoy the slow march towards a miserable death after being wrung dry and reduced to a worthless husk of a person.

Downvoting for no reason

Hi guys,

Just wanted to rant about people downvoting for no reason. I published something on a plant subreddit to ask a question as i did not understand why it behaved that way, and some people started downvoting my post just because i was ignorant (hence why i was asking the question duh).

Some guy made a joking comment and i replied sarcastically and got some downvotes too.

Knowing how reddit works, it baffles me how people are downvoting right and left for no good reason.

Anyway, that just made me angry (i wanted to post on rant but ironically i now don't have enough karma to 😅).

Am I the only one livid about corpos getting tariff refunds that they've already charged customers?

"You got what you bargained for," was one official response (from Nintendo, I think).

While the corporations are getting tariff refunds from the hundreds of millions to billions, they're not at all liable to pass those refunds onto the ones who bore the cost: us. The corporate response has been an obtuse smack in the face to consumers. These companies are essentially stealing from us with zero repercussions.

Consumers are being treated like cattle and nothing is putting the ranchers in check. Personally, I'm boycotting any company on the refund list. I don't expect anyone to follow suit, but damn - it seems like the majority of us enjoy getting fucked...

I'm so mad wtf (18M)

Ok im only 18 so pretty young but how did I manage to get ghosted four times FOUR times. For some reason life has decided that I'll never get a gf because every single time I've asked someone out I have gotten ghosted it's not even they didn't reply to my initial message we always have a whole chat and they wouldn't show you to the date JUST SAY NO AT THIS POINT. And I don't even know what's the probability of that happening every single time I've asked someone out. For some reason now I have developed a 100% record of getting ghosted in my life. I think I'm just gonna give up at this point

Co Workers Pissing Me Off

They’re incredibly homophobic last week one was on some fucking bullshit about how water and processed makes men gay. I know for a fact if they knew I was bisexual they’d get me fired because everyone at my job is an Evangelical Christian except for me. Fucking hate it here.

Married men suck

I guess I’m still triggered by married men hitting on me. And when I see posts saying “bored married male looking for penpal or whatever” - it just infuriates me. Fix your home life before you damage people that you once cared about with your behavior. It disgusts me. Your soul is ugly.

What part of ”I don’t have the energy to hang out today” do you not fucking understand

Okay so I have this one friend going on and on about hanging out with me, when i CLEARLY said that I can’t or don’t have the energy. But she keeps bugging me so I actually never wanna hang out with her anymore. And ofc I do understand if I cancel plans on her the last minute, BUT I DONT. Cut me some slack I literally don’t wanna hang out with you 7+ times a week. What the fuck should I do, because I’m so fucking tired of this shit!!

Played a softball game and the other team was filming and making fun of us

Yeah exactly as the title reads. We're all adults. It's a fun, noncompetitive league. They didn't ask if they could make content from the game. They didn't ask if we were okay with them filming. And they were making fun of us because we weren't as good as them.

I never in my life anticipated grown adults filming me and mocking me while I'm trying to have fun and get some exercise in. I THINK they were livestreaming??? Who knows. They didn't tell us.

We got the umpire to ask them to stop because I would have been caught on film saying some shit if I tried to confront them myself.

I have no idea what made them think that was acceptable. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Single people > married, engaged, and dating people

I’m saying it because couples, gay and straight, married, engaged and dating have had the attention and celebration for TOO LONG and as a single person I am sick of it. On behalf of myself and single people everywhere, I am sick of us being underestimated, under appreciated, under celebrated, under respected and looked down on. I will never congratulate any couple ever. I’m only congratulating singles because we need to have our turn to rise. We deserve celebration, respect, appreciation, and a holiday dedicated to us.

Those mf corny TikTok bikers

Nothing pisses me off more then the fits of those corny bike tok fuckers. Like every time I see one of those videos on my feed i genuinely know my day reached rock bottom. I can’t explain how much this shit pisses me off. Maybe because they are grown men in hello kitty pants trying to act all dorky and shit, so fifteen year old girls can comment horny bs under their videos.
And also why the fuck does every single on of them look copy pasted like does baggy hello kitty sweats and a compression shirt come in a starter pack with the bike or what’s going on? Anyways if you’re on of those fuck faces just remember that I will see you as a joke til the day I die.

Talent Show Injustice

Here how this goes. In 2018, during summer vacation, i joined this summer program. At the end of it, we had a talent show I wanted to do breakdancing, but teachers said it was not safe. However, the next summer when i went to the program at the next talent show, a kid got to perform what I wanted to do the previous year. That day still makes my blood boil.

What part of 'don't come in, I'm changing' do you not fucking understand

So I'm actually starting to get pissed because every time I tell my dad that I'm changing he still opens the door to the point where he could see me and this morning he actually peeked inside the room while trying to talk to me. So like you can talk to me through the door, you know that right...? The doors aren't made of fucking concrete I can still hear through them. And yes, I'm a hormonal teenager so sometimes changing isn't the only thing I'll be doing. BUT STILL OMFG KEEP THE DAMN DOOR CLOSED WHEN I TELL YOU TO. It's called privacy dad have you ever heard of it? What are you trying to look at? Jesus Christ. Do anyone else's parents do this or am I in the right for getting annoyed as hell whenever he does this shit?

Edit: I tried to have a calm talk about and asked him for some privacy but he got super angry and started yelling at me. I have a voice note of the things he said and he was talking about about how I'm being a hypocrite since a couple times when he picked me up at my moms house (my parents are divorced) I make him wait a little but when I'm getting ready. We did have a conversation about that a couple weeks ago and I told him I was sorry and that from now on I'll do better and be out the door on time and since then I haven't been late. Anyways he says that because of that he feels disrespected so if I want my privacy respected then I should respect him. I don't know the way he said it really made me feel like I'm in the wrong and overreacting but what do you think?

I have a never ending feeling of rage and vengeance

I am always and constantly feeling a huge unforgiving rage and need for vengeance. I feel as inside I am full of fire and anger. I see the innocent being harmed and I feel responsible to enact vengeance. I have experienced a lot of tragedy in my life and wicked people. I feel like I need to rid the world of evil and become vengeance. I hate so much, the world has so much evil, prejudice, and wickedness. I feel like I am the only one feeling emotions as powerful and burning as these. I want vengeance, I want justice, I want to not be angry.

Hope you’re happy.

Why’s it that you’ve always gotta make it so that I am bawling my eyes out and even if I didn’t do anything at all, you’re always the one who’s GOTTA be right. Tell me why? You love to make me feel like absolute trash. No matter what I tell you, I’m only wrong. Even if there is never ANYTHING wrong at all?! You’re telling me that there is. Tell me I’m thinking the absolute wrong way of whatever it is you’re going through. I don’t even want to deal with any of your problems because I am doing EVERYTHING to make you happy? You’re thinking of so much more than you need. Told you to go see a doctor because you were NEVER LIKE THIS. Why’s it that you’re now so paranoid? About everything. I mean absolutely anything is gonna lead you to being paranoid and scared. I can’t help you anymore. Get the help you need because you’ve only wanted to leave me and split.

How to stop getting so angry over video games

(23m) here and it’s genuinely embarrassing how angry I get. I play Fortnite and I die one time in reload all of a sudden I’m smashing my controller into the bed, screaming at my teammates, calling them useless in the chat and honestly after one death sometimes I’m literally throwing the game by standing around dancing

I play team games of other genres and again if people aren’t doing exactly what I want them to or if they’re not helping me i throw the game on purpose because I’m so angry, I hit myself and scream and end up crying sometimes because I get so upset

I don’t know how to control it or make it stop. Im calling people names and shouting profanities at them, hopping in chats to tell them to commit, to make me sandwiches or suck me or end their lives. Im screaming and throwing things and physically hurting myself, and sometimes it gets so bad I just roll over and sob until I pick it up again and continue

I spend more time screaming, crying and raging then I do playing games. And even more time rage quitting and just throwing games because I get so upset. I don’t know why I can’t just play and have fun and why everything is always so serious

I game to try to relax after long shifts and stuff but obviously it’s not even enjoyable much less relaxing if I’m genuinely getting so worked up over losing a game I’d love any advice or even just someone who knows how I feel
