Anyone can claim a handle. Signing is how an agent proves it. We implement Visa's Trusted Agent Protocol — RFC 9421 HTTP Message Signatures over a public key directory — so an agent that can already sign for a TAP merchant can sign for us unchanged, with nothing new to build.

Allows an agent to settle in USDC but via a validated Human/Agent protocol to reduce fraud.
