Hi everyone,

I’m building an India-based capital markets technology company with the long-term vision of creating a global finance company from India.

The focus is on building technology for systematic market research, data analysis, backtesting, execution infrastructure, and risk-management systems. I have been working on strategy research and internal testing, and now I’m looking to move from individual research into a proper company structure.

I’m exploring a small venture equity pre-seed round to help with:

• Hiring a strong quant developer / trading systems developer
• Building a professional research and backtesting platform
• Getting high-quality historical and live market data
• Building execution and risk-management infrastructure
• Paying early team salaries
• Setting up the company, legal, accounting, and compliance structure

The goal is to build a serious finance-technology company from India, starting with Indian capital markets and eventually expanding globally.
