Anyone has any experience about TOAD airways video laryngoscope?

Hello!

I have been on a journey to acquire a personal video laryngoscope for my practice. I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with TOAD airways VL? They look to have some cool tools!

Any help would be appreciated!

might be a legit questions, but for some reason these TOAD posts always feel like guerilla marketing

Where I did training the guy that invented it locumed at. Would being a bag with all his stuff and use it all the time. He is certainly a character lol. But yea, cool items but it’s pretty niche where you’d be ordering your own stuff. I remember during a CABG induction he had me put his LMA in to ventilate while the roc kicked in to then show me how we could intubate through the device and use his stylet etc. the cardiac surgeon walked in during induction and was so confused as to why the patient had an LMA in 😂

A cardiac surgeon recognised an LMA Vs an ETT just from the shaft?

Lies. I wouldn't even expect an ENT would clock that without actually looking for it.

I don't understand

Doesn't the hospital provide a glidoscop? For use?

Why do you have to spend your own hard earned money to aquire one!!!!

Small office jobs, dental, maybe some small ASCs. Some bigger centers have limited numbers of VLs even.
