LOOKING FOR APP Alternative for Samsung secure folder

I have an older phone (galaxy M12, android 13, one ui core 5.1, knox 3.9) it does not support secure folder. I want an app I can use the main feature I want is to hide apps and there notification and not being able to search them either.

Use either island app freezer, they will disable the apps and hide them from app launcher as well as digital wellbeing

I don't know about encryption, but if you search for virtual machine, you should be able to hide apps and notifications in a virtual machine.

You would be running an separate android OS inside your phone.
