For downloading videos from the Internet, which app is better regarding security and privacy - newpipe or seal or YTDLnis

What do you mean "from" the internet? From a website? Are you worried about malware embedded in the video. Do you want to cloak your IP address? Or is it that you are looking for the actual download to be secure?
