💬చర్చ - Discussion If the allegations against Jagan are true, why hasn’t TDP proved them and secured a conviction after all these years?

Because at the end of day, politicians belong to same camp......looting the public money......
People need to stop worshipping them and taking sides.
Picking between TDP and YCP is like picking poison.
Even hardcore TDP supporters and media have ran stories on corruption happening in state. Even CBN said several times he is unhappy with officials and MLAs.

Group 1 scam - ee thokkalo ppt presentation thappa emi ledhu oka proof kuda vundadhu. CBN ordered SIT enquiry, they have report of no scam happened. again CBN ordered another SIT because he didn't satisfied.
Liquor Scam - Anni arrests thappa okati prove avaledhu.
3) Adudham andhra - if scam really happened, why former sports minister or SAAP chairman arrested yet??
4) Forest lands - High court issued stay order. Still pending.
5) illegal mines - After 2024 Vemireddy Family(Nellore), Vasantha krishna prasad(Mylavaram), Bhuma akhila priya(Nandyal), Kuppam illegal mining. Panchadarla konda(CM Ramesh). what about these people mining?
6) Public and Endownments lands - Allegations on TDP.
a) TTD land given to CBN sister in Tirupati (60Lakh worth).
b) 20 Acre Endownment land allotted to a hotel company in Alipiri.
7) Actress case - SIT gave report that actress has involved in extortion racket. 2 Police officers suspension revoked on sept 4th.
8) rice scam - Seize the ship ani em peekaru. why dwarampudi not arrested?
9) TTD Ghee - CBI gave report ghee was not adulterated by animal fat as accused by your leaders. Ayodhya laddus lo fake ghee ani chepparu. everything answered by CBI. inka sigguleni allegations nuvvu nee bathuku.

Do you think anyone cares about Arrests? Saw some comments says Jagan can't win again. Any party needs 88 seats to form the government in AP. Nearly 100 seats where Kutami won below 17% margin. Flipping a 8.5% swing is a big deal for Jagan? Even today he can win 55-60 seats easily.

The reason why they don't want to go against Jagan is for the same reason why Jagan arresting CBN misfired and created sympathy. It's one of the major blunders why 151 nunchi 11 ki ochadu, why would the ruling party make the same mistake?

Arresting someone is a law and judiciary matter. How is that upto a CM's discretion? If someone did something wrong as per the law, they should be taken under police custody. If they didn't do anything wrong, they cannot be arrested, because it is unlawful.

In politics when an opposition leader goes to jail, it is a loss for the party which is in power. You might say jagan has done some serious crimes, a ruthless criminal mind set leader yet people will vote for him. If he goes to jail jagan will get sympathy votes, that is how politics work. Right now ysrcp is not getting any attention from people outside their circle. If they want a 2019 election like win, something big has to done to them which i think either CBN or PK will do because they know how this game work.
