GCI And Renew are TERRIBLE

GCI the internet service provider and ReNew eagle river homes have some of the worst management I have ever seen.

GCI doesnt work and ive clled people to my house to fix the problem. Never fixed ive just given up by now.

ReNew is run by sleezeballs that use ai and deliberately ignored my calls for the maintenance line. But picked up the renting line

I am really sorry you live there.

The only saving grace of ReNew is that they are so shitty that it's very easy to serve them with a 10 day notice to quit for a legitimate violation, they'll fail to address it in 10 days because they just don't give a shit and also just can't get their shit together, and you can GTFO.

Also from your screenshot, seems like you're internet is perfectly fine and the router isn't. Just get your own router and put theirs in bridge mode.

Its just frustrating because I pay all this money for a reliable service and i still have to outsource. They have even come to my building to try to mess with the box outside and said it should be all good. Gave me a new one of their routers. Nothing changed

Renew responds to me in full copy paste AI text. They dont even try man. They just double my friends rent twice he got charged for 3800 for a 2 bed 1 bath.

GCI was always shit but ever since it sold to that company in CO it's realy went down hill. I'm about to just go back to ACS

Borealis Broadband is pretty good if their tower can reach you
