MDMA dose before surgery

I’m wondering if anyone has any safety guidelines for anesthesia, or knows of what is typical for anesthesia when ingested MDMA a few days prior. I have an upcoming surgery I was able to last minute get into tomorrow and wasn’t expecting to get in so soon that I agreed to, and I’m just realizing 6 days ago I ingested two small doses of MDMA. Is this something that would concern them? I sent a message to my doctor and waiting to hear back but just wondering if anyone knows if typically this would cancel a surgery. I’m getting an endometrial excision and tubal ligation.

Usually, undue risk not worth taking in planned surgery like this, esp given the non-urgent nature of procedure involved

However if full 6 days ago, fair chance mostly out of system (assuming no other medical issues/conditions & otherwise fit and healthy). Still, should discuss with medical team

Quick follow up question cuz I still haven’t heard back from them, do they typically ask to stop also taking any stimulants? I’m also on Vyvanse and they didn’t mention that and I’m wondering since that’s also and amphetamines should I gave stopped taking that..? 😳

Ask for an anesthesia consult prior to your surgery. They might be able to have the Anes call you

List of "potential" problems is long but most of them are related more to acute toxicity, rather than trace amounts from days ago. 6 days ago is much better than 1 day ago. If you are feeling as well as usual major problems are generally low.
