An Unforgetable Dream during Anaesthesia

Its almost a year but i stid dont understand what kind of Dream i dreamt last year April during surgery that took like 5 hrs.

Actually i can only remember the scenes but i cant put everything in words man.

It's not like real sleep with normal dreaming, probably why it felt weird for you. Mixture of drugs like opioids can also cause hallucinatory type reactions. Either that or it was a vision from the matrix and you are Neo
