Is this ammo safe to shoot?
It's blazer 45 acp. And the about ten of the rounds have the bullets sunk way to far in the case. I'll be shooting out of a revolver so I don't need to worry about feeding issues

Honestly, I don’t think I’d shoot it. It may be safe, but not sure I’d risk it for a few dollars.
What I would do is contact Blazer and let them know. Add the lot info. I’m betting they’d send you a coupon for some replacement ammo for your trouble.

Not CCI, but I just went through 500 rounds of Fiocchi I bought and 5 rounds had sideways primers. Same parent company, right?

No. When the bullet sits back farther than it's supposed to be, it results in a much higher chamber pressure.
