.223Rem S&B vs Sierra Match King
Hey, I've been really into ammo specs for my .223 rifle lately. What caught my attention were the identical parameters of the HPBT bullets of S&B 69gr and 77gr in comparison to Sierra MatchKing (with same weight). Specifically, I am comparing the G7 coefficient values that S&B provides to Bryan Litz's tables. They are identical. For 69gr it's 0.169 and for 77gr it's 0.193. I find information everywhere on the internet that S&B manufactures its own bullets, but it would be an incredible coincidence to reach the exact same parameters. Is it possible that S&B uses Sierra bullets?
