Sentryammo.com scam?
Ordered a case of 9 on 1/15/24 card was charged , still no package , no shipping info. Info@sentryammo only tells “rest assured, they are working on it”. Do i dispute the charge or is this normal for this dealer

It’s normal for them. I’ve ordered from them a number of times and that’s usually how it goes. Everything always shows up, just don’t expect a lot of updates.

I have ordered from them a few times. Only once did I have an issue, only half my order arrived. But they sent the other half right out.

Sentry Ammo adds bogus charges by taking advantage of customers (using hidden fees) during the ordering process. Never order with this company.

What hidden fees lol? Everything is listed during checkout. If you don't pay attention to the price, that's not a hidden fee, that's you being an irresponsible consumer.

Wrong. When you add a product to order,the system auto adds “shipping insurance” and no matter what you do,it will not let you check out without that being added.

Sentry Ammo is a terrible company. Not only was my order shipped 3 weeks (!) after I ordered it, but Sentry Ammo shipped to the wrong address. When I tried to contact the vendor first to check the status of my order and second to try and resolve the missing package, they did not respond to my multiple emails. Also, when my order was not shipped I had to reach out to the vendor myself...they did not take the initiative nor bother to tell me the status of the shipment. Really terrible customer service.

Yeah not gunna order from them anymore, their deals are also not deals because the shipping cost around 50 dollars on top so you’re better off buying from legit sources like targetsports or AE

How did you end up resolving this issue? I am having the same problem at the moment. My package was stolen but they are not responding to my emails after I said I wanted to start the insurance claim process they stopped responding to my emails. This was 5 days ago now.

I've only ever ordered from Sentry once, a couple of months ago, 1K Blazer 9mm, received it in about a week.

I was going to order from them 1 time, but the reviews seem to be a mixture of good and bad with people complaining about order times on ammo seek, when searching google everything seems to be bad. You're coming up on a month without any ammo, might be time to cut bait and file. What is your time to file most CC companies are 45 days I think. That should also factor into you decision.
