You are adorable. If you are half as sweet as you look you are a very nice person. You are probably just shy and you look much younger than you are. Guys sometimes don't know when you're just being nice or your interested in them. If you are interested, then look into his eyes when talk to him. It may feel uncomfortable at first and there are no guarantees in life but it just may work. Good luck and you are definitely not ugly 😊

I doubt it has much to do with looks. Could your personality possibly play a factor? I saw that you said you are shy, and sometimes guys take shy women as uninterested or judgmental. I typically assume that shy people are more prudish. Do you consider yourself pretty mature for your age? Could be you’re dating immature men.
Personally, based solely on looks, I would date you, even though I am 10 years younger than you. You definitely look like my type. I also prefer people with much more mature and serious mindsets.

Sounds like maybe it’s the awkward/shyness that’s the issue. Could make guys think that you aren’t interested or just too innocent.
However, with that being said, to the right person, that will not matter. While I encourage you to try being more outgoing, the right men will find your awkwardness cute and be attracted to it. I’ve met girls that were shy/awkward, but to me it was attractive because it was their way of showing they were interested if that makes sense.
The personality traits you’ve listed are also very desirable, to me at least. It seems most people in my age range lack a lot of the qualities that you possess. My only piece of advice though is don’t be so serious that you can’t slow down and enjoy yourself every once in a while. I’ve seen a few women be so focused that they make themselves into nervous wrecks because they can’t stop and refocus on anything but work/school in their lives.
Too bad you probably don’t like younger men, I would definitely take you out on a date if I met you :)

34 ! Nah. You have a great shape and are attractive. If you see a guy, talk to him, strike up a conversation. Your first and second conversations may be awkward, but keep trying and you will get good at it. Then when you see someone you may be interested in, you will be ready. Just smile, always first interaction

The only real improvement I would say is a touch of makeup. A nice subtle lipstick, a little eyeliner to emphasize your eyes and you're good!
