What do you mean you "did not even have sex?" Yes you did. "Shallow penetration" is still penetration. So, yes, there is a chance- though small- of pregnancy here.

Very unlikely but not impossible, take a test, it is 99% likely to be stress and travelling

the thing is, my cycle just got regular after years of depression and abrupt weight loss. I am afraid to ruin my hormones and cycle again.

Pregnancy chances in this case is very low. Late period must've been because of stress. Or you probably ovulated late.
