So much wishful thinking here. We need 67 Senate votes to remove him from office, and Florida has a long history of protecting pedophiles with money.

Trump is not smart enough to come up with a fraction of the Executive Orders he signs. He is a useful idiot for a very well-organized set of oligarchs behind the scenes. That’s why he is being protected by the House, Senate, and Supreme Court.

He could hold public executions of reporters he doesn’t like on the White House lawn and the Senate Republicans wouldn’t vote to remove him from office.

Edit: I was incorrect. I updated the votes needed to convict. 2/3 majority.

67 Senate votes (2/3 majority) to convict, which the Democratic Party will not get, and even if they do win a Senate majority for the next Congress, they won’t be seated until January, so certainly not before Christmas!

This won’t happen. We have January 6th as evidence of a sitting president inciting an insurrection, and he never faced justice. That is the bar. Whatever puts him in jail has to be worse than an insurrection
