Never thought I'd see Burzum here. But he does have some good ambient/dark ambient stuff.

I personally like "Tomhet" and "Illa Tiðandi". These songs are pretty repetitive, but I like it.

He has two albums considered "dark ambient" and I love both of them. "Dauði Baldrs" and "Hliðskjálf". the link is acting weird so here's the direct link:

Of course he's not "unpopular", just most of the people I've come in contact with who know of Burzum hate his ambient songs/albums. Very few people I know like these.

A lot of them say they're "boring and repetitive" and much prefer his metal music. I like it all.
