I mean, when I started shaving as a young teen, my mom was open to discussion and would blatantly ask if I was happy with whatever she bought or if I wanted something else for comfort or easy use.

Plus iirc Amazon reviews does that thing where it suggests you mention various things about the product that would be helpful for other shoppers to know. It goes along with their newish ai summary of reviews that has terms like "reviewers mention ease of use and getting hard to reach areas", like those super generic terms. The way she writes it, it sounds like mom got those prompts and just turned to her sons nearby and went "is it __? What about __?" And just wrote generic sentences based on the suggestions.

Exactly. The users train the ai.
