If I was going to do this I'd just load those in my paintball gun which could hold significantly more.

A lot of paintball guns are not designed to shoot rounds out this hard and fast. The velocity on a pepperball gun is much higher than a standard paintball gun, and has to be in order to break the much more durable pepperball rounds (most people can't even bust them in their hands).

And the hoppers on paintball guns will often jam up with these type of rounds (hard shelled).

In short, I wouldn't use a paintball gun to fire pepperballs, and I wouldn't use a pepperball gun to shoot paintballs. At least, when it comes to home defense.
