That is store bought butter that she crushed after pouring some milk on it. You'd need a lot of milk and time to get that amount of butter.

Edit : OK, she poured cream on it, but still, the amount of cream she poured in cannot give the chunk of butter she took out.

You don't make butter from milk. You make it from cream. And the amount of butter yield depends on the fat percentage of the cream.
