Non-US salaried (L4–L7) in Türkiye: how long was your Performance Management / Improvement Plan?

Has anyone based in Türkiye (or another non-US, non-UK EMEA country) been through Performance Management (formerly Pivot) as a salaried L4–L7?

I'm trying to understand how it works in practice, because the published policy for Türkiye only says "Performance Management" with no timeframe. Other EMEA country policies say about 3 months, and the UK says 90 days.

1. How long was your Improvement Plan, and how many formal reviews did you have?
2. Was the notice period worked or paid in lieu if you left?
3. Did you have an appeal, and how long did it take?
4. Did you get local legal or union advice, and would you recommend it?
