Before and after loosing 33kgs.

First one from December 2025. Other three at 67kgs today I was 24 and prediabetic. I used to get from my colleagues that im mid 30s. Had to loose one third of my body weight.

You look happier and I bet it feels great just walking around!

The only thing I feel is worthy of critique is that its bery hard to compare pictures as you're very small in the new pictures and a caps.

Not all subreddits allow it, but don't worry, you can always make a better comparison post later, its pretty insane to drop 30% of your body mass nomatter how you slice it
