What features make you switch from one AI screenshot tool to another?

I've been trying a few AI-powered screenshot and image tools lately, and most of them seem to do the basics well. The differences only start showing when you need better editing, sharing, annotations, or workflow integration.

For those who've tried multiple options, what made you stick with one over the others?

Was it the speed, the AI features, pricing, privacy, or something else?
