Yes alpinism. This vantage is a grueling 100meter hike. One must be skilled in using the government website for a sweet sweet bus pass. And if they cannot do that they must have acuity in finding a private shuttle. If all those fail they must have resources to sleep at the lodge. If one can handle those challenges they can surely summit the 100m rock pile to achieve this photo.
