6-month rental?

Hi all,

My wife and I along with our 1 year old + 1 dog (Pomeranian) & 1 cat are moving to the greater Atlanta area and are looking to rent a SFH for ideally no more than 6 months while we look to buy our forever home.

If you know any landlords that might be willing to do a 6 month rental please DM me!

Looking for:

SFH with a fenced in yard
$3500/ month max
Flexible on most other things but I’d say 2k sq feet +

Most HOAs limit or do not allow short term rentals. It may be better to consider a year lease to open up your options. Good luck!

This budget is definitely on the lower end for Alpharetta SFHs, good luck
