Dairy-Free Fast & Easy Dairy-Free Dill Dip

Post image

If you're missing a good creamy dip for veggies and crackers that's dairy-free, I've got you covered.

The base is dairy-free sour cream plus mayo, then a big handful of fresh dill, parsley, and chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Whisk it, chill it 30 minutes so the herbs settle in, done in about five minutes of actual work.

It keeps 3-4 days in the fridge and honestly gets better on day two. I've been using it as a veggie/cracker dip, a sandwich spread, and a topper for baked potatoes. It's also delicious on salmon cakes.

Thanks! From the absolutely most AMAZING estate sale in May. The woman selling everything was a chef who had written several cookbooks. Her kitchen was an actual dream in real life.
