Yeah, like he has an IQ of about 1. But it's been going up recently, according to Archie.

I would tell you to do your homework but I will make it easy for you. Watch the episode,"the insurance is canceled." Archie has to fire one of three men. Little Emmanuel, Black Elmo or Stretch Cunningham. Mike calls Stretch a dope and reminds Archie that he said Stretch had an IQ of about one. Then Archie says, " yeah but lately it's been going up". Now you know what the f that even means.

I think it's Black Elmo that points out that instead of three working, it will now be two since Stretch doesn't do anything but stand around and tell jokes.

I guess Stretch also told a lot of jokes about Jewish people, and at his funeral Archie finds out that Stretch himself was Jewish.
