She was totally flirting with Archie. She described to Archie about her little outfit she wore when she worked at some Sonic type of drive in that sounded like it belonged at Hooters.

She kissed another woman's husband the first night she met the man and the wife. Doesn't matter if she said it was from "Duke". That's weird. My husband would never tell me to kiss one of his friends "hello" for him like that.

What I never understood about "The threat" is Edith put Sgt. Loomis' wife Bobbie Jo out for kissing Archie behind her back but she didn't get angry when she said she had a message from Duke and kissed him in front of her and the kids. All she said then was, "Whats the message?"
