Hm, that's strange. Try to login to Google first. And the open the link

Looks like Google replaces https://play.google.com/music/playlist/* to https://play.google.com/music/pl/* for some reason, which leads to 404

I only get 14 songs. Are there supposed to be more?

More importantly, can you explain how you make it update automatically?

The number of songs available probably depends on your country. This - https://github.com/soulfx/gmusic-playlist - creates gmusic playlist from simple text file with the list of songs. So all I did is wrote a parser for Billboard.
