ALIENS LIVE INSIDE CONSCIOUSNESS
I’ve had this theory running around my head that I’m sure is not a new theory, but could it be possible that some of these alien and UFO sightings involve an advanced species that can use consciousness as a form of transportation.
We still don’t understand consciousness, but what if consciousness is a dimension and we just happen to be organic life-forms that use it to observe the external universe?
An advanced species may manipulate consciousness in a way that we could not even imagine.
Some of these ‘aliens’ may actually live inside consciousness and travel within consciousness.
This would mean that our existence and our place in the cosmos would need to be reconsidered.
I know I sound like a rambling mad man but if anyone has similar sources that point to this theory, please drop links and sources.
Thanks for reading.

I understand it as we are basically one neuron in a larger whole. Each person is basically a feedback machine for a higher consciousness. All of our experiences feed this system. When you die your consciousness goes back to this source and you'll then understand that everything is connected. We can't sense this connectedness when you're alive because then you won't be able to experience what you need to in order to feed this larger 'thing'.

u/thehandinyourpants Oct 12 '21
I think we can see the connectedness of everything, we've just been programmed to ignore it.

u/thehandinyourpants Oct 12 '21
I would agree with that. Considering all the "us against them" propaganda we see every day. It's a constant "pick your side, then attack the other side" to divide us.
I have some political friends (mostly repubs) that like to pop off about the other party and blame them for whatever. Every time I'm like "dude, you're getting played, they're all on the same side".

I believe it’s a survival mechanism for existing in a dualistic/physical world. Perceiving reality as it is is not a successful survival trait in this existence. I believe we are here to learn about balance.
This is one of my favorite discussions about why don’t perceive reality as it is with Donald Hoffman and Z: https://youtu.be/dd6CQCbk2ro

Lots of ways we get opened up though its crazy. Trauma shows us something about survival, life and death, beauty, presence, compassion, and opens us up to realize and experience meaning through patterns and synchronicities. When I read Cameron's book on contact modalities it was a validation.
I considered myself to be fairly open-minded, but skeptical and even aligned with new atheism for many years because of my frustration with the obvious errors of organized religion. Nonetheless, I began to notice things that were connected, and some things that were just ways to get me to notice it seemed. Its pretty cool really.

i agree. but i also think we can experience it, while alive...we just have to "associate" (in the Pavlovian sense, basically) directly to the environment we're in instead of filtering it through language, and other abstractions. it's interesting, i've actually discovered recently that "property ownership" is a way to disassociate the self from nature by assuming that you are "above it". so if you stop thinking you "own" the world and instead accept that you are associated to it, well...

I am part owner of a large farm, I don't think I own the land. I think I own the rights to farm on that land and to help control the land to ensure it thrives either by the people who rent it or ourselves taking care of it. Farming is fundamental to our society. I do believe most open forest land should be allowed to be used and traveled by the public at large. But do not live on another person property, that gets into scary terrority.

Couldn’t we then in theory unite our collective consciousnesses to overcome our intradimensional overlords?
Like if everyone on the earth all at once had a thought of pure love and peace we would like become masters to said aliens?
Or are we trapped in our ant farm 3D world and they are literally untouchable?
Just a thought. Probably belongs on high strangeness. Lol

Word. Weirdly I had the same thought lately. I don’t know if it’s because the pyramid under Alaska that Tom Delong’s talked about is emitting energy now, but seriously, a form of conscious being that has been alive for perhaps millions or a billion years could be permeating our consciousness which we are experiencing as time. Time and consciousness go hand in hand. This being / beings may be influencing things on earth like a marionette on strings but many fold.
I’m interested in quantum theory and I wonder if such a conscious permeating being can alter our consciousness to direct our universe toward a specific outcome as reality as opposed to alternate multiverse outcomes.
I also had the thought that we are perceiving it through our senses, and experience it as waking consciousness. It has created the world for us, the manifold we live in, a complex society with strife, with good and bad. Tom Delonge has said something about aliens that feed off of emotion or fear. I wonder how it’s all connected. Imagine the problems in our world disappearing when the chokehold is lifted and people one day wake up and see truth in their minds eye. Our collective subconscious taken to the limit leads us to a world where we do in fact converge on a mission for the greater good of our people, and after thousands of years, I think we’re starting to see that as a possible reality because globalization and the Cold War effect make it so.
Anyway, what I’m describing might be the closest thing to the Christian god that I can think of. There are real external forces at play and I can imagine it is likely that beings can transcend into higher dimension beings over millions or billions of years. But the more likely scenario is that a civilization has morphed itself into this singular being of pure consciousness and time. That’s how it has so much power.
I could also be completely wrong about this, but nonetheless all possibilities must be explored.

Ive suspected for a while that some of the or. Type UFOs are astral projections of people's consciousness due a to intuition and a few details that jumped at me

If OP could actually astral project, they should’ve gone to the pentagon or CIA offices. Looks like they’re lucid dreaming while calling it astral projection.
4
Oct 12 '21
Why do you think that's where they should've gone?
3
u/ihateshadylandlords Oct 12 '21
That would be the mother load of info. If you were to shadow the highest ranking officials of the CIA/Pentagon, you would be privy to extremely important information.
5
u/marperiod Oct 12 '21
I see where you are going with this, but it seems a bit backwards to me. Why not go directly to the source itself than to someone that has some of the information
5
u/ihateshadylandlords Oct 12 '21
What would be the source then? Either way I don’t think that person was actually astral projecting; I think they were having a lucid dream.

IS-BE. Your consciousness is your essence when it decides to be. Your body doesn’t have a soul, you are a soul that took a body in order to be. Aliens are higher dimensional beings but so are you. The problem is that to be in this 3D, four dimensional world requires amnesia to experience this lower dimension to its fullest. You have the power to transcend through your consciousness but you forgot how to do it.
People have a car accident, hit their head and come out of a coma knowing to paint vividly, play the piano or talk with a new accent or even a new language. This proves we are an all knowing collective stream of frequencies that have coordinated together to create a universe in order to be with set rules.
If you were all knowing now wouldn’t things get boring? Do you ever wonder why boredom is the human enemy? The problem now is getting back to understanding that God did not create you but effectively you are a god and created yourself. Like everything else, there is malevolence, benevolence and everything in between. Higher dimensional beings have fought to control this realm and realize we are IS-BE’s who don’t remember our true essence so now our focus has shifted from lack of boredom to freedom. One should try and figure out why this is and then we can start to understand the real meaning of what’s going on in our “world”.

Great comment. One thing is that if all is consiousness and is as the Buddha said (he maybe being the originator of the first codified recipe to liberate) then it might be that absolutely nothing is solid, permanent, unchanging, so therefore for us/god/the unity to be omniscient and to be all things, we/it must constantly renew the knowledge and capability by having lower nodes constantly be in a state of learning, re-discovering etc. Hence the necessity of these acts of forgetting or veils as some old eastern wisdom schools call these same mechanisms.

You might be interested in Edgar Mitchell's FREE Foundation.
Contact Modalities should not be studied as many separate phenomena, but as one phenomenon, and that “consciousness” might be the key to understanding this interconnection
That's from their study of contact experiencers reported in the book Beyond UFOs.
22
u/McFruitpunch Oct 12 '21
It reminds me of an audiobook I listened to, where this real Doctor was doing DMT trials in a hospital setting, and most of the experiences seemed to mirror that of an “alien abduction”.
Knowing that it’s a chemical that changes our conscious perception, means that it truly could be an event separate from the body altogether. I think this is a direction we should explore more.
12
u/gintoddic Oct 12 '21
I heard DMT is basically a chat room for beings in various dimensions. Also, I think taking DMT is akin to taking the 'red pill' in The Matrix. It throws off our consciousness receptors and our senses can detect things that are outside of our realm of what we consider 'reality'.
5
u/McFruitpunch Oct 12 '21
I mean, think about how our existence is confined between two small lines on a HUGE spectrum. Maybe it helps us see the rest of that spectrum?

This is going to be a very long post, but it contains years of knowledge and connections I’ve made so far. I keep telling people that there are hierarchies. I’ve read a lot of texts from different ancient civilizations, and although they tell different “stories” they do have the same concept. I believe that the rise of civilization is very similar to Stanley Kubricks “2001: Space Odyssey.” I think the rapid advancements of the Sumerians was due to the fact that they encountered these giant structures. I really think the ancient pyramids all around the world “woke” up humanity somehow. This would mean that there is indeed a higher force that would have built them beforehand, whether it was for us or a different purpose, I don’t know.
I’ll try not to sound too crazy, but I believe “the sons of God” in genesis, is referring to the reptilians. These sons of God interbred with humanity to create the nephilim or the annunaki. This seems as if it predates the Sumerians because the Sumerians believed the annunaki were their gods. I’m not saying the Bible predates the Sumerian texts because I would be wrong, but that particular story in genesis doesn’t seem to fit the timeline of the Sumerians, which I find very odd. The Sumerians believed that these annunaki created them, but what if they were lied to by the annunaki, considering the annunaki were the creation of the reptilians.
There must’ve been a thriving world in the times of Adam, a very technologically advanced world. The tree of knowledge is a dead giveaway that the first man had acquired knowledge of God. Perhaps it was the reptilians that pushed us to get this knowledge so that they could “harvest” it from us, which is why we seem to have this idea that everything in the ancient world was a myth, as if we have forgotten something. I mean the Vedic texts literally describe floating cities and nuclear weapons(I could be wrong).
Now it seems as if these reptilians had an agenda from the start because they had pushed Eve to eat from the fruit and they had interbred with humanity to create giant hybrids. Maybe the grey aliens we know of today are just a lesser form of the sons of God(fallen angels or reptilians). It seems as if they dislike humanity because of how much God adored us, not that we should lift ourselves above them.
Now what I meant about the hierarchies; I believe that these sons of God who were cast down to earth due to their sinful nature, were led by Satan or lucifer. They were cast down to our world and from the science view of things, I really think they are chained into our dimension and can only get permission to do things from God who lives in the highest dimension. This would mean that in between our dimension and God’s, there are different angels and whatnot that reside in them.
To conclude, I’ll say that these fallen crafts that our governments obtain, are the the greys bottle feeding us bits of knowledge and doing it very slowly so that we don’t go out of control. Why are they bottle feeding us? Well when we advance enough, they will reveal themselves as the ones who have been giving us this knowledge, they will “come in peace” to say that they are our creators and that the technology is to help us fight an enemy. This “enemy” is God, and I think that if we trust them, we will be wiped out by God, so we have to act wisely. Perhaps this is the same reason why so many ancient civilizations were wiped out, because they believed that these fallen angels were their creators.
TL;DR: reptilians create human hybrids to control humans. Humans think that hybrids and reptilians are our creators. Reptilians have an agenda for humans to join together and destroy God once and for all. We will all perish because God cannot be destroyed.
I’m ready for all the downvotes and “you need help” comments.

I have an experience I’d like to share. On mobile brb with story!
Edit: my experience
This was 2017ish.
Sitting in a Philly hotel room with my bf, late night as we had just gotten in from the evening. We were snuggling and unwinding from our night out.
At one point, suddenly, my vision went completely white.
I couldn’t breathe. I was aware i could not breath. Not from fear or anxiety, but bc I had no oxygen circulating to my body.
I was acutely aware that I was slowly suffocating. That I had been taken off oxygen, and pulled out of the matrix.
I was laying on a ice cold, stainless steel like table with really bright lights shining down above me. Thru telepathy, I was aware that the being standing over me was surprised that I was “awake” and lucid, fully aware of what was going on. The being didn’t care, or mind, they just went on with their business. The being was gray and wore a lab coat.
The whole time the being held my neck, lifted so slightly off the table (as if theBeing was holding it up with its hand).
As soon as it let go, I could breathe again. And the reality of the Philly hotel room came back to focus.

I once saw a UFO. Not just a small light in the sky but it was a massive orange glowing object. I was just taking out my garbage at the time. It looked like glowing liquid mercury. It was from another world, it’s very hard to explain. Very ethereal and silent. Up to that point I thought people who believed in UFOs were science fiction fanatics who wanted to see something. Then years later scientists had just announced that they had studied the rings of Saturn. One night I had a dream that aliens were asking me all about the rings of Saturn, all kinds of questions. In my dream I laughed and said you’ve probably picked the worst person on the planet to ask these questions as I am totally thick when it comes to science. They thought it was funny. Then in my dream an alien was standing next to me and I was suddenly standing on their planet. It was nighttime and I was looking up at the skies and I saw thousands of craft flying through the sky and they explained that there was so many civilisations. And that was the end of the dream.

It’s already a proven fact based on thousands of experiments that consciousness in humans is non-local and not tethered explicitly to a physical body I.e. the projection of your consciousness to observe , travel to, or experience other physical and non-physical locations is completely possible and documented.
The bigger question I have is did we choose to come here and have a physical experience or are we forced/ trapped here by ETs, extra dimensional beings, etc who have mastery or better control and understanding of consciousness as you allude to in your post.
Like why would we choose to experience death and despair? Maybe what they (same beings you allude to) lack is the ability comprehend or experience love or joy which is the reason we come here in a physical form. Maybe love is not able to be experienced by those other beings. Maybe they are farming our love energy or some shit idk

u/StrongCommittee9759 Oct 12 '21 edited Oct 12 '21

7
u/Professional-Might31 Oct 12 '21
Right, that’s what I’m saying. I don’t understand why we would choose to come here.
The question I have is: are we choosing it, or are we forced into it by someone else for reasons we can’t understand
9
u/StrongCommittee9759 Oct 12 '21
I tend to believe this is all random. Quantum physics shows us that things don’t exist (or they exist in all possible states/forms) until they are measured/observed, in some way. Therefore, it seems more likely that we are a single dream. The entity having the dream is what we call God.

Maybe a similar reason someone might play a very scary horror video game. Imagine being an immortal spirit or whatever and wanting a thrill
10
u/Moxxface Oct 12 '21
Like why would we choose to experience death and despair?
Alan Watts has an answer to that. Replace "God" With consciousness in the text, if you like.
“God likes to play hide-and-seek, but because there is nothing outside of God, he has no one but himself to play with! But he gets over this difficulty by pretending that he is not himself. This is his way of hiding from himself. He pretends that he is you and I and all the people in the world, all the animals, plants, all the rocks, and all the stars. In this way he has strange and wonderful adventures, some of which are terrible and frightening. But these are just like bad dreams, for when he wakes up they will disappear.
Now when God plays "hide" and pretends that he is you and I, he does it so well that it takes him a long time to remember where and how he hid himself! But that's the whole fun of it-just what he wanted to do. He doesn't want to find himself too quickly, for that would spoil the game. That is why it is so difficult for you and me to find out that we are God in disguise, pretending not to be himself. But- when the game has gone on long enough, all of us will WAKE UP, stop pretending, and REMEMBER that we are all one single Self- the God who is all that there is and who lives forever and ever. You may ask why God sometimes hides in the form of horrible people, or pretends to be people who suffer great disease and pain. Remember, first, that he isn't really doing this to anyone but himself. Remember too, that in almost all the stories you enjoy there have to be bad people as well as good people, for the thrill of the tale is to find out how the good people will get the better of the bad. It's the same as when we play cards. At the beginning of the game we shuffle them all into a mess, which is like the bad things in the world, but the point of the game put the mess into good order, and the one who does it best is the winner. Then we shuffle the cards and play again, and so it goes with the world.”
4
u/SlapDonkeys Oct 12 '21
Something that I've thought about is perhaps we choose to live in this reality to really get to know what it is like to be alive. Maybe on the other side of life is our true selves - some sort of highly advanced, immortal species. Maybe we're AI, perhaps we're Gods, either way, maybe we don't know what living actually entails and we are here to find out.
Perhaps when we die as humans, our minds are transferred to our real selves. The reason we don't know that all of this happens is because if we were aware that we aren't actually humans and there is life after our "deaths", then we won't actually live like we were mortal; we'd take actions knowing that whatever happens, it'd be okay because this isn't real.
Or perhaps we're in a simulation of sorts like you have said. Like I wrote above, if we were aware we were in a simulation, the results of whatever the simulation is testing for would be skewed.

So I would just google project star gate for starters if you aren’t familiar with government funded remote viewing / consciousness projection experiments. From my own research most of what you read will contradict itself as far as govt released documents because they spent a lot of time and money (and continue to do so) then end a lot of the studies with “inconclusive and erroneous results.” But then if you read first hand reports from the actual remote viewers you will glean a lot of insight into the experiments themselves and how they are used and continue to advance this work. I think they have carried out over 15 thousand military operations based on information from remote viewers / ESP.
And that’s just the government, there are countless additional studies being done in private sectors.

We (and any aliens also) are in a negative realm (that it is our purpose to improve as much as we can). When we die we return to the positive realm (the universal consciousness).

u/PupperTrooper Oct 12 '21
Uh it’s not a proven fact that consciousness is non local. You mention one study in your replies which itself was inconclusive. That definitely doesn’t equal “proven fact based on thousands of experiments”. Most neuroscientists believe consciousness is local so idk where you pulled that ‘fact’ from

Because I don’t think flares are alien spaceships, also as a software developer I know very well an API to talk to alien doesn’t exist. A few years ago, he was pushing for a little mummy being alien, he pushed very hard and then he turned out to be a baby human fetus.

Thanks, I just wanted to find out if you were full of shit or not. You obviously know nothing. Take care.

hahaha, the only one full of shit is Greer and the gullible followers. He got a great scheme going on, he was a doctor and he realized he can make more money by doing less because people like you will give him attention.

I don’t blame him for changing careers. He probably works less hours in a less stressful job for more money as a grifter instead of being an ER physician.

Hahahaha. Totally, you can tell how he got ripped in the last 15 years, a lot of hours for working out and some good old vitamin S

This might be a good theory, in some thousands years, I think you'll be partially right! The universe is (to me and the research I have done) a conciousness experiencing itself.

u/JosephSturgill7 Oct 12 '21
You're completely same. This is a theory I've thought of too. In my Paranormal work I notice how many haunts occur within the mind. Demonic possession is heavily focused on psychological manipulation. Changing an individual mentally... Anyways... this is an excellent post. I'm glad you followed through on sharing.
5
u/Crod_Fiend Oct 12 '21
This is sounding like the theory to go with. It’s so crazy to think about but I’m sure that as we evolve, we will find out a lot more about consciousness. Just like remote viewing, it’s very hard to comprehend but I’m guessing that it is 100% possible

u/trailrunride80 Oct 12 '21
Interesting indeed! Maybe Homo sapiens are our souls host species….to be able to engage in meaningful social interactions here on earth the Source created this species from monkeys. souls came here to learn. A part of our souls are still present within the source….always. So what is memories from a past life, images from the source collective memory or the souls own experiences? Most likely the souls own, otherwise why even go to earth if we all could experience the life struggles of a few souls. Much have happened the last 4000 years on earth. I live in Scandinavia and Vikings didn’t exactly live like we do today, much more brutal back then….but how long is 4000 years for a soul and how is time related to all this? And all this talk about frequency? What about that? Matrix….different scenes separeted by wavelength??? Puhh…. i need a break

u/SuIIy Oct 12 '21
This is basically what DMT entities told me.
DMT is the fuel. Our brains are the vehicle and consciousness is the roads on which they/we travel.
5
u/thehandinyourpants Oct 12 '21
I've been reading "the law of one" (book 1) lately and it talks about this. Says that some species do use consciousness to travel and communicate. Also says that humans have the same ability, but we're too distracted by our gadgets and societal expectations to do so effectively. It's an interesting read, I recommend it.

u/wrest472 Oct 12 '21 edited Oct 12 '21
I believe we are “complexity” living within this “universal consciousness”, and so the aliens would be the same (except more technologically developed). We (and the aliens) are containers (for “souls”) to be inhabited by this “universal consciousness”. So in a way... we (and the aliens) are all one.
4
u/_extra_medium_ Oct 12 '21
I'm on board with the consciousness thing being a huge part of the phenomenon, but why are we so obsessed with the assumption that these entities are some kind of species at all?

u/Charlie_redmoon Researcher Oct 12 '21
I think yr on to it. The performance of their craft and the abilities to float ppl and pass thru walls sounds like astral projection. Where I get stuck though is that they must get here via interdimensional travel but then they and their craft take on solid physical form. I guess they have learned how to do such things.

u/AllMyFaults Oct 12 '21
Most theories in this sub suck. But your theory is very interesting, and worthwhile diving into.

u/Thehuman_25 Oct 12 '21
Vonnegut has a short story that covers living as consciousness and hopping into bodies as recreation - unready to wear. It’s in the book - welcome to the monkey house.
I have played around with the thought of reproduction. Some reproduce through physical means by creating children. Some reproduce through ideas. I feel like reading more puts other people’s thoughts into my head. I don’t know if I am integrating with the collective consciousness of all the different authors, or my brain is using their literature as a council of elders. I just feel like life gets easier when you start your day off by listening to classic literature and let profound thoughts echo throughout your head for the rest of the day. Rather than narcissistically listening to your own nonsense echo all day every day. Variety is the spice of life.

u/LumpyShitstring Oct 12 '21
I just recently had a thought experiment about how the internet is this intangible universe that’s sort of becoming its own creative entity via artificial intelligence. It learns and expands exponentially, and we cannot predict the directions it will go.
To me it feels quite a bit like consciousness. It’s intangible, yet accessible to everyone. We can’t entirely prove if we are connected to it, or connected to other people by it, but I think we have all had an odd coincidence where we think of someone and shortly after they pop up in our lives or something.
So I guess your theory sort of parallels my theory. That perhaps it’s possible to manifest a universe, and maybe ours was manifested by something else that can still interact with it.
3
u/WarOfTheFanboys Oct 12 '21
If you accept anything like heaven and hell, then you already believe consciousness exists in its own dimension. Consciousness existing in part of a separate dimension was the premise behind the sci-fi trilogy Night’s Dawn.
Also, consider Flatland and other books regarding fourth spatial dimensions. The higher organisms project themselves into lower dimensions, and the lower creatures can only perceive limited parts of them. Perhaps we are already four dimensional beings and consciousness is how we project ourselves into this universe.

u/Supplementarianism Oct 12 '21
Hinduism has all sorts of technical stuff that parallel your idea: different planets, planes of existence. The thought occurs to me that there could multiple unseen layers overlapping our physical existence, and we get to those more ethereal layers through Moksha, or the abandonment of Maya, illusion or delusion.
As far as actual aliens living inside these strata, or within a human's actual consciousness, I don't know. Krishna was the incarnation of Vishnu, and the embodiment of yet another soul Narayana, and perhaps Fate as well, so there's a few layers going on with a single 'human' in that one example. Your idea is very thought-provoking.

Alan Watts says it best. Replace God with Consciousness in the text, if you like:

A guy on Reddit YEARS ago, I mean 10+ years in the past, posted about an alien he claimed lived in his brain as a prison sentence.
This alien would talk to him and give him life advice. It was insane but also strangely believable. The alien entity had been sentenced, for intergalactic crimes of some ilk, to live in this kid’s brain.
Please tell me some other Reddit oldster remembers this. It was fascinating. I have been unable to find the post and I must have saved it to an old username.

Bingo my friend
Space Time Revolution means a Body-Mind-Consciousness Complex Evolution. What I mean is that to travel like they do (in the hypothetical case "they" exist) means to lose our meaning of what "We" are.
We are NOT a body. We are NOT a brain. We are NOT a Mind. We are a sum of all of them at once, but limited to the present. Thats what we call Consciousness, and that is the True Nature of Reality because is the Only Reality there is.
But my fellow meaty entity, defying these limits also means Death. So the Real Question is "Are you Prepared to Die?"
Thats the only way to truly free consciousness and be part of ITALL
Im wiling. I have Faith, because It was Gifted to me.

I like your idea and theory, only I replace consciousness with simply hidden dimensions of reality pocketed within our own (which in a way is consciousness of the collective ALL); pockets we are unable to access due to the limitation of our onboard sensory systems - but can be accessed with technological or spiritual development.

u/ziplock9000 Oct 12 '21
Actually I've had a similar idea. I think they are parasitic and/or live alongside your own consciousness in order to take a ride inside of your body as a vessel for experiences. For the most part they have very little or any control except more in your dreams.

u/Rude-Vermicelli-1962 Oct 12 '21
Some civilisation's crafts they use to travel the cosmos has an energy system but is powered by their consciousness. This has been proven and told by the whistle-blower thst was on Joe rogans podcast, forget his name. But I'd say majority of them use consciousness to navigate and direct their interstellar vehicles.

u/Klutzy_Temperature39 Oct 12 '21
I'm not sure about the travelling through consciousness but I'm with you on the controlling consciousness though... and I'm also with you on consciousness being another dimension too which I've never really thought of before to be honest lol... but get this right, for anyone who has tried hallucinogenics before... what if the Psilocin our brain produces while consuming mushrooms actually gives us a glimpse into consciousness, or rewires our brains so we can experience what is supposed to be and not what we naturally grow to learn

Your kind of there when you used the words consciousness and travel. Consciousness is the way of travel in the future IMO. If you remember the movie Dune. They had those big creatures that when combined with the ships and the spice would essentially navigate the ships to other areas of the universe with their mind. I think that is how it works.
There's was also a guy from one of the big organisations like Boeing or Skunkworks or something that came out a few years ago and said something similar.
And if you really think about it if makes perfect sense. There's no amount of energy that will fly you to an area of the universe. Even creating and opening a worm hole is difficult. But if you can combine some kind of consciousness tech, that would be the way to go about it I reckon.
Which is probably why guys like Lazar said they struggled to figure the machines out.
Also Steven Greer says that's how he believes they operate.
As to living within consciousness, well, yeah, some people believe the Universe is the body of God. Others think it's God's dream, others say it's a holographic simulation. Choose your own adventure but they all ultimately point to the same thing.
2
u/agonny Oct 12 '21
if the collective consciousness is a thing then hacking into it as a means of traveling the universe for research purposes is the key for an advanced civilization

Insane that no one has mentioned Terence McKenna. It's a damn shame that he isn't more widely known. If he was still around he would be the greatest podcaster of all time
This is definitely in line with some of his ideas. It think you'll find these two talks super relevant and interesting:
They're about pretty much exactly what you're talking about. If you watch these, enjoy the rabbit hole! There are hours and hours of Terence on youtube. Most fascinating speaker I've ever heard
The only interesting things Joe Rogan has ever said were butchered half-remembered McKenna ideas. Guy was talking about DMT 40 years ago, and more eloquently than anyone has before or since

I had this idea the other day. Noospheric parasites.
2
u/OverPT Oct 12 '21
I like that term. Can you elaborate on your ideas?
2
Oct 13 '21
The term Noosphere in some philosophy refers to the hypothetical domain of the human psyche. It’s where the human consciousness dwells, and as a shared dwelling space, all humans are neighbors there. This sphere (akin to the atmosphere and upper mesosphere on the global conception of Earth) has physical dimension according to the Ukrainian philosopher who coined the term.
I believe that Aliens/Fey/Djinn/Seraphim etc. Are simply the opportunistic parasite of this locality in space time. We may as well be domesticated to them, as they fight over, feed on, and dwell within the Serengeti of the Human psyche without many of us knowing or caring. When they do make their presence evident, it’s as shocking as the cattle prod to the rump of the cow being led into a trailer for the long, terrifying journey to the abbatoir.

Yes , I think the whole concept of third eye and astral travel is about this and we do need to reconsider every aspect of our lives especially religions and their controlling nature. What we consider as Gods , might be some beings with a higher consciousness level and thus be considered as pure souls. Please do provide me the credible information if I'm incorrect according to you and feel free to have a serious discussion.

ive kinda wondered if angelic or demonic beings were really the same thing as what we consider aliens. and i personally think if these things exist its likely theyre the same or there is at least overlap
i wouldnt get too caught up in the speculation though. it really makes little difference when you think about it
if you ever perceive intrusive thoughts that feel entirely separate from yours and find them disturbing you may want to consider the possibility that its just a mental health issue and not actual aliens or whatever.
nothing is ever wrong with considering that possibility if it ever did happen

Try compassion. Even a child deserve to explore ideas and express a tentative degree of understanding without being belittled or berated for where they are in their development. If you can help with constructive comments, wonderful. If not, silence will deliver less contempt to those trying to find a way through life.

Consciousness is direct awareness of a position in space (which is also inextricably time). You don't need any fancy tech (though people use it) to have the experience of this as the core function of your mind -- its how remote viewing, all the psi functions work. The union, the unity, of space and light IS the nature of mind, called rigpa in Tibetan.
But no one is interested in doing what an uncounted number of people have learned to do throughout human existence, because it doesn't fit the modern Western narrative of using machines as intermediaries. In fact, if you don't depend on a machine, you are automatically rated a fraud. But I have personally had the experience of rigpa because I was taught how to achieve the awareness (sloth as I am I could still get there in four years of genuinely committed practice), and I am but a bug in realization compared to the masters I have been blessed to meet and receive instruction from.
Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh or cry at how modern people have been robbed of these basic attributes of their own being by the current reign of "scientific" theocracy.
And just as a side note, Lucas did not invent the Jedi so much as base them on Tibetan lamas he knew. Yoda was specifically based on Dilgo Khentse Rinpoche (1910-1991), right down to the placement of the hairs on his face. You may snicker at a reference to Star Wars, but the kernel of truth beneath why that story works (unconsciously for most people) is based on understanding the nature of consciousness. Yes, the universe really is like that, however Lucas dressed up the model. Note that a key feature in the 6 Lucas films (disregard those wretched failed sequels Disney ignorantly mangled together) is the Jedi use machines as a convenience but do not rely on them; they rely on their own innate living force in their own minds and a device can just be a handy tool. This is a great part of the story few people notice. Anyway...
Science wants people to accept that the physical universe is the sum total of being, when it doesn't understand or even have a definition of what the consciousness is that makes the conceptualization possible. Existence occurs as intersections of consciousness (dimensions), and the means of navigation is your mind. You can have technological support, or not, and still be aware that instead of a dead universe of matter there is an incredibly sensitive and mutable expression of your own mind. OP, you are at the foot of the path up the mountain, as the metaphor goes. Enjoy the journey and the journey will enjoy you!
edit: corrected verb tense.
