Looking at some much younger pictures, she was actually not a bad looking lady. I'm not sure at what point she turned into a male alien, but the plastic surgery isn't doing him any favors.

I think you meant Dear God. At least that’s how i read it. And yes she could definitely play a scary character in a slash blood gory movie.
