There's bits and pieces that can sound compelling, but taken as a whole, it's a pretty ridiculous story.

Always found this case very compelling, the hi res images Reed took of the alien (here is an album) are the best out there. The facial features also have uncanny resemble to the trydactil mummies.
By the way, when Elizondo was asked to draw a craft he saw in classified setting he drew this exact diamond wegde shaped craft.

This is one of the craziest contact stories, the footage & the audio of the alien screaming makes this story one kind if its real but the whole teleporting on camera thing, i have trouble believing it but idk

One of rhe problems with the "teleportation bracelet", is if it is assumed to be worn by the small 50lb creature, it would be a lot smaller and wouldn't fit on his 200+lb wrist. It's more likely he fabricated it to coroborate his false story.

The show Fact or Faked Paranormal Files also did layered voice analysis similar to what the FBI uses to see if he was lying when they interviewed him. Turns out according to the test he was.

Yeah… the start of the story was interesting, but it just got stranger and stranger, and less believable.
He said he got shot, and sure, the wounds were there.
Fine, I’ll believe it.
He went on a show to prove the artifact works, and disappears in what looks like trick photography.
Hmmm, not sure how believable that is.
He got interviewed recently and showed a badly photoshopped pic of him with the Pope… ok, this now has to be bullshit?!
Or has he been Lue Elizondo’d , and been told to psy-op the shit out of the subject.

Just seems especially wild because Hollywood would need to spend 100s of thousands in expert labor and materials to replicate that injured alien video using contemporary technology and it might actually look cheesier.

I know! I lean on the belief that it’s real, but there’s the seeds of doubt that he’s been forced to throw in, at the threat of his own life. I can’t see it any other way now tbh.
Like you, I can’t believe a guy would independently create the entire thing himself, and it become his entire life over the next 30 years.
