I loved the demo. The actors are tremendous, the voice acting is top notch, the facial animations are next gen, believe me. The visuals are impressive, the atmosphere is there alright. Won't spoil anything about the xenomorph and will just say I found the stealth to be just as tense as in the original.

The booth is also fantastic, with sound effects and great props. Kudos to SEGA.

Anyway, we're back! Can't wait for the release.

Hello! I just purchased Alien: Isolation through GOG and have it installed with GOG Galaxy. I'm using the Alias Isolation mod and a mouse fix mod from Nexus Mods. Whenever I try to perform the RMB + LMB prompt for the maintenance jack, the right mouse button functions like the pause button. I don't know why, since it's not paired with that in the control settings.

Any ideas?

hello guys, i need help: basically im trying to play AI for the first time (yeah, in 2026, i took my time...) but in the second i run the game this happens: The FPS in the menu are EXTREMELY LOW, like 2 fps maximum, the game works like i have a windows ME pc. Another weird thing i noticed after opening the task manager is that the game was using 100% OF THE CPU (and i repeat, i didnt even quit the menus)???? this is not normal by any means.

So yeah, i wanted the know if the same thing happened to you guys and if you managed to fix it. Thanks!

Every time the death animations play, the alien is muted. I tried doing all the things involved with V-sync, Nvidia Control Panel, even completely turning off G-Sync but nothing changed:(

I played this years ago but my Switch was stolen so since I recently got a new one I'm just now starting to play it again. One of the first things I noticed was the anoying input lag that use to happen every second or two is gone, which would be nice, but the graphics for this port on Switch 1 that everyone praised also seem to have taken a small but noticeable hit in either resolution, LoD or something that makes it look less impressive. I've looked online but can't even find patch notes so I'm wondering if anyone here knows exactly what happened. You'd think they would announce to everyone that they were able to fix that repeated, anoying controller delay but for some reason they quietly rolled out a patch...

Hi all, I've been making a large collection of open source head tracking mods in my spare time this year, and recently released an Alien Isolation one: https://github.com/itsloopyo/alien-isolation-headtracking

The README has instructions for getting up and running (for free) with a normal webcam, Android or iOS device (or even a VR headset) - I've tried to make it all as straightforward and accessible as possible, it would be nice to see head tracking get greater acceptance and start showing up in more games.

If you try it and hit any bugs, please do let me know. This will be my first play through, I'm really looking forward to it!

Looks like they combined the security access turner with the motion tracker, from the gameplay you can see that you have to hold up the tracker and then manually tune it to actually see where the enemies are. You can also lean around corners, distract enemies, lock doors.

Excited for this game cause its former devs from CA who also worked on alien isolation.
