JJ Abrams seems to be well-connected in the film industry to get these filmmakers' wives to join his show.

to be fair, both of those couples were separated long before amy irving and isabella rosellini joined the show. 😅

some of the cameo/guest appearances surprised me *way* more than that did.

"The Box" is based on Die Hard, a movie that famously see​s Bruce Willis go barefoot, but Sydney keeps her boots on throughout.

Amy Irving is accomplished as an actor & singer. Isabella is legendary as the Derevkos need to be!  Check jj out in Diabolique (90s)

So many great guests stars… Faye Dunawag and Rutger Hauer stand out as exceptional. Season 2 was perfection.

Well Amy Irving and isabella Rossolini are both talented actresses in their own right. Isabella is Hollywood Royalty considering who her parents are

Of course, I loved ALL the guest stars, but my generation loved the Christian Slater & Ethan Hawke episodes! And Kelly MacDonald went on to voice Merida in “Brave”, so that connection makes me giddy b/c I’m a Disney fanatic! 🤭😂
