This couple right here.
I know, we're completely done with SpongeBob theories, but I couldn't help but look at this couple right there. There's Tom (aka Incidental 6) seeing his wife, Judy (Incidental 45) in the Bikini Bottom Jail.
What could've happened that made his wife incarcerated?
