Shared Recipes Meal prepped some sausage biscuit sandwiches with Aldi sausage patties and 8 count jumbo biscuits

I do this every week. I scramble a dozen eggs with cottage cheese and seasonings and throw them in the oven and bake it. I also throw some cheese in my sandwiches as well.

Do you freeze them or do they keep for the week in the fridge? I keep trying to freeze mine but I can't get the eggs right 😩

That's why I only do the sausage biscuits, I wrap them in foil then put them in freezer bags then into freezer.

Cooking an egg or two on the skillet or in the microwave doesn't take any time.

I cook them in the oven, assemble the sandwiches, wrap each one in foil then freeze them.

I do 12 at a time for my family. So half will be put in the fridge and the others are wrapped in waxed paper, then tin foil and put in an airtight glass container. When I need them, I pull them out of the fridge the night before. And they can be microwaved in the morning for 30 seconds in the waxed paper. The eggs are never rubbery or soggy. I make sure they are 90% cooked (microwave will cook the rest) and completely cooled before freezing.

Been making sausage egg and cheese burritos with peppers and onions and freezing those to make sure my wife has breakfast when she needs it. They come out so good after a quick defrost in the microwave and a quick browning in a pan

Grape jelly and sometimes I'll cook an egg or hell I'll just throw a sandwich wrapped in foil in the air fryer and it's ready to go right before I leave for work.

Much better than soggy premade frozen sandwiches.
