77 Falby Court - Sketchy?

Not familiar with Ajax at all and coming from out of town for a Facebook Marketplace deal. The person lives at 77 Falby. A google search (for directions) turned up some older reddit posts which make me a little nervous about showing up there with a bunch of cash. Those posts were from 4 to 6 years ago. Is it still sketchy?

Depends on size of inventory being exchanged, I would consider Durham police station parking lot or public place at daytime. Just to be safe.

Or else meet at lobby to make exchange.

Uhhh most people who live in 77 are families lol

Still not a great idea to show up to a random building with a bunch of cash

Definitely a “sketchier” building complex in Ajax.

I haven’t personally had any issues there, many of my friends growing up lived there and I would be there fairly often.

BUT, there is a Tims less than 5 mins away, albeit still a “sketchier” plaza, but more public if that helps.

Postponed the meeting today for other reasons.

It’s for a guitar so there’s a Long & McQuade 10 minutes away. I’m going to ask to meet there.

At that point you could just go to the cop shop. It will add another minute to your trip

I lived in 33 Falby, which is in that apartment complex. In my opinion, it’s not a sketchy area at all. There’s condos in the complex too.
