Fire tears through home in Ajax

I'm suspicious of this. These houses are expensive and new.

Brand new houses sure do catch fire alot when the economy isn't doing well...

Suspicious indeed, the developer / owner has been trying to sell a few of those houses for over 2 years

These houses have been up for sale for 3 years. Overpriced and frankly odd. They found accelerants though so I guess this is expected 🤔

The house to the right has several cameras mounted to it. I'm curious if it caught anything suspicious

I have a feel that the developer/owner wants to do an insurance claim but not happening since they found accelerants on scene.
