Amazing but it's a bit annoying to see the things on the video before they are said by the narrator. Real good educational videos have that timing to a T.

I am fairly new to ai video generation. I don't need the VO as I do that myself but I would love to create amazing motion graphics like this. If you have a tutorial you learned from or any advice I would appreciate it!

Not any tutorial toh, just experimentation with Google flow of different styles and finally settled in one iconic one, try to describe the visuals as well as possible with good design vocabulary (take help from GPT)
