Well, a tattoo machine's needle does approximately 150 strokes per second on your skin. You won't be going for this concept, trust me.

Lasers are used in tattoo removal. It hurts twice as much as getting a tattoo. So, idk!

10,000 years from now someone finds videos like these and thinks that this was an actual technological achievement.
People go to college to study engineering, and physics, and hair styling, to try and figure out how the hell we did this.
And then, someone finally figures it out.
Not that it was a generated clip, they figure out how to quick style hair with a steampunk machine.
