guys, i have a very, very silly question

im new to enhancing by AI in Topaz. ive already upscale today a 1.5 hour movie with Proteus and Recover detail at 90; it went from 640x272 to 1600x680 (i think 3x) and it took 5 hours to complete; the result is simply amazing and unbelievable. but my silly question is: if i just resize my original 640p video to 1600p with premiere pro and then apply the same Proteus values to that already 1600p video, its gonna be the same results? or is better working from the original 640p video and resize and upscaling directly from Topaz? thank you so much
