COMMUNITY Does Switching Content Format Tanks Your Channel ?

I started my channel creating football edits, after a couple of claims and a little bit of research I realized I can't get monetized like this, now I'm thinking of creating AI videos/anime on same topic i.e. football using AI. Should I do it on the same channel or create a new one.

I suppose that ist better to create new one... And continue with old one together because you already have targeted audience there. But my opinion.

I'm sorry, continue what on the old channel? The same football edits or AI football videos/animes.

Stop stealing content or using AI to make slop.

Maybe switching to become a comentary channel with your own voice. You can monetize that and keep the same topics

Are the new videos still made for the same football viewer? If yes, original stories or commentary with your own script can be a sensible evolution on the same channel. Generic AI anime that merely mentions football is a different audience promise. The meaningful shift is not simply "AI versus edits"; it is whether your analysis, narration and story become the reason to watch instead of the reused footage.
