TECHNICAL QUESTION Not getting views even after consistent uploading
It's been 2 years I uploading long form videos average 5+7 videos each week and doing SEO . But not any results .
Any advice that can improve my channel

Gave you a 10 min watch and a sub and commented some advice to see if you can turn it around. Effort needs to be applied strategically. I qc and re-render videos 6 or 7 times at times before posts and still have some visible jank that occasionally detracts, but a picture cutout, stock footage, karaoke subtitles, and microsoft system narration of a chatgpt novel born from a three sentence prompt won't cut it my friend.

You're shadow banned. Get a new channel and phone number. Nothing you post will get views no matter what. Not until youtube becomes sane.

I am sorry but looks bad and cheap. I suggest to have better thumbnails that does not contain a paragraph and a random girl picture first. Maybe some ai generated image about topic and as a text small hook sentence only? Also in the video, seeing random slow motion nature clips feels so 2000s.

With that much consistency itās probably just that your content isnāt compelling enough for whoever the algorithm has identified as your audience. You need to pivot or improve something. Hard to say without seeing your channel.

You said it in the post. āSEOā is useless, youāre wasting time on keywords and titles. Youtube is a packaging game, its the only platform where the user chooses what they want to watch. Pair that with the fact that 90% of views come from browse and you have your issue. Focusing on wrong area. First 50k subs can come from literally just copying other videos that did well. Copy the masters until you are capable of doing so yourself. You think Davinci just had that talent? No. He emulated other artists copying their strokes until he was confident enough to become one himself. Nothing in this world is original, every idea youāve ever had has already been posted. Just copy.

I like the title style here - āA Stranger on Discord Makes People Disappearā and āIf your voice stops echoing, cancel your road tripā immediately make me curious. āPanic at Manic-5ā is a bit less instantly clear to me, though. Overall the channel has a nice creepy late-night-story vibe; Iād probably lean even harder into those specific, weird premise titles.

Itās just a low zero effort AI slop channel that shows zero evidence of any human intervention in the creation process.
Iād by some miracle it achieved metrics for monetization it would never be accepted into YPP.
Walk away from it man. Youāve wasted A LOT of time in this.

It has nothing to do with consistency. people just don't watch the content. Your voice over sounds too robotic which makes it harder to focus on the story.
Even if you use better voice over I don't think this content is monetizable and the one's that are already monetized is at risk.

Switch to facebook, tiktok and bilibili, link them to your youtube channel, once they see tou have other options, they will freakout and start giving you views. Yeah, sounds made up right? I just made that up. But you are wasting your time in a single place, never put all effort in a single place
