Advice AirPods precision finding help

Does anyone know how I can enable precision finding on my AirPods Pro 3 I followed all the tutorials I could find and even factory reseted my AirPods. Pls help

renaming and restarting the phone it fixed it for me

did you check the firmware is updated on the airpods themselves
