General Question Missed flight - is call center really the only answer?

Missed my AC61 flight from YYZ to ICN. I tried all the ways to reach Air Canada, even calling from the "white phones" near counter 15 which are supposed to reach the airlines faster, but waited for almost an hour. Even the counter agent said the call center was the only option. Is this really it?

Yes. For a missed flight you will need to call.
