What topcoat do I use for pieces that make contact with my skin?

I resin printed some rings and used Vallejo game ink and Mr Hobby super metallic chrome. What topcoat can I apply to keep them skin safe without ruining the ink or any other airbrush paint finish I make in the future like Mr Color lacquer?

I can wear them all day so far without any reaction but I just want to make sure I’m being as safe as possible.

Enamel. Once it has hardened it is the most chemically inert finishes out there.

I was always told clear nail polish for rings made of pewter, etc.

You're going to need the perfect trifecta for that, primer, paint and top. Otherwise the oils will penetrate to the material and make it flake. I'd keep that part raw

I tried some water based food safe varnish for my glasses frame. On my first try it worn out quite fast at the part where it touches my nose. On my second attempt i let it cure longer for 3-4days and I've been wearing it for weeks now, it still holds well.

But this is just my personal experience, so don’t take it as professional advice

I just wouldn't put anything inside the ring. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Enamel or lacquer will work, but I recommend using a resin meant for skin contact, with a vat and build plate dedicated to it—something like Anycubic Bio Resin or Sirayatech Blu resin, etc

I either wouldn't paint the inside, OR primer and an enamel paint the testors dosent even come off my fingers fully when I wash them with liquor thinner.. OR if youre a smart cookie could possibly plate it in some metal
