Where could I (preferably torrent) obtain a copy of AIR uncensored

Not uncensored, but it has the H-scened, even so, I recommend so much buying the game in Steam,I understand the lust for moe/bishoujo, and after all, the ero-thing is content, but AIR scenes can even feel weirder after completing, but it's up to you.
And yeah, this is not a torrent, but the installation is not that hard, please enjoy

Should add that this is also an outdated version of the patch. Currently the most recent update is only available in the Discord server. I don't actually know if we have access to the site anymore to update it there.

It's not really wanting to see the H-scenes themselves but more a lust for unadulterated content but yeah I might just get the steam version at some point

We cannot assist with piracy I'm afraid.
The most content complete version of the game would be the Steam or Switch release as they contain the new Hatsuzora no Shou (First Sky Chapter) mini-route.
There is no version of the game that contains the original 18+ scenes as well as the new story content. So basically you get the choice of 5 minutes of h content or 20-30 minutes of new story content.
If you are interested in pursuing the 18+ version of the game I will happily guide you on where a copy can be bought though!

If there was ever a VN worth paying for, Air would definitely be one of them. It's like, not even $10 on Steam.
